Also, their ability to pull back stragglers looks really good.

Apparently, they weren’t going to post a guide because they think figuring things out is part of the fun, but people kept calling it fake, so they uploaded it.
Warlock’s key mechanics for handling boss gimmicks (summarized by me):
- Use synergy skills when in danger.
- Summon skill to retrieve lost party members.
- Shadow skill if I get left behind.

Public opinion flipped in an instant.
Mandarin, who had been running their mouth without knowing their place, got completely shut down after Sa-yoon uploaded an airtight proof video.
Unfortunately for them, interest in the first full-server clear was at an all-time high, which only made things worse—people tore into them for their insecurity-fueled false accusations. The backlash was brutal.
When guild members logged in and saw the mess, they swarmed in and absolutely wrecked Mandarin.
Not long after, their fake first-clear post disappeared in silence.
Frog: Mandarin running away is so satisfying. LOL.
Frog: Snowman-nim said they got caught bug-clearing the first boss.
Sokkoong: Tsk tsk, zero style. What a loser move.
Jeon-gi: Reading the proper strategy guide now… I can’t stop laughing. LOL.

And just like that, Sa-yoon learned something new.
Using a Warlock to clear wasn’t actually the intended strategy—it just made things easier, faster, and more convenient.
With everything settled, Sa-yoon quietly returned to his darkened bedroom. As he approached the bed, Shin-jae’s eyelids fluttered open.
“…Hyung…”
“Did I wake you?”
“No…”
But his voice, thick with sleep, made it obvious.
Sa-yoon sat on the edge of the bed and gave his shoulder a reassuring pat.
“Go back to sleep.”
“We need to plan…”
“Plan?”
By now, his eyes had adjusted to the darkness, and he could make out Shin-jae’s lips as they moved. Lying on his side, his cheek was pressed into the pillow, making his lips jut out just slightly.
“…Yeah. Our trip.”
…Cute.
Wouldn’t it be nice to cup those soft, round cheeks and stamp a kiss right on them? Maybe even press down until their lips fully met, parting just enough for his tongue to slip inside…
But that would wake him up. And Shin-jae was clearly exhausted.
Suppressing his desires, Sa-yoon replied, “Our trip?”
“We’re going to the beach.”
…Was he sleep-talking? It was November now, and their trip wasn’t until after finals in December. That must be what he meant.
Sa-yoon tilted his head, then nodded.
“Yeah, we’ll talk after you get some rest.”
It wasn’t even an overseas trip—just a simple getaway. Did they really need a whole plan? Was he talking about booking a place to stay?
He had a lot of questions, but for now, he simply stroked Shin-jae’s back.
A hand emerged from under the blanket, fingers lacing around his own.
“I’m so excited…”
“Mm. Me too.”
His mumbling soon faded into quiet, steady breathing.
How could another person feel this adorable and lovable?
Was it because he was still young?
There was no clear answer.
But one thing was certain—whether it was when Shin-jae smiled at him, when he said he was excited to do things together, or even when he was simply by his side, Sa-yoon’s feelings were sinking deeper and deeper with every passing moment.
As he gazed at that beautiful face, Sa-yoon gently pressed a kiss to his forehead. Then, he lay down beside him.
Even in his sleep, Shin-jae instinctively nestled into his arms, holding onto his lover tightly.
Before long, the room was filled with the sound of two steady breaths.
A peaceful day quietly came to an end.
