How much time had passed?
After eating some of the jokbal, Eun Sajun finally came back in. Additionally, Lee Jaehyeon, who had briefly disappeared, also returned. Jaehyeon’s complexion was extremely poor, but Eun Sajun looked somewhat refreshed. Yeoul was puzzled by the stark contrast between their faces. Could they have been together…? Finally, Jaehyeon charged for the apple juice as well, as if admitting defeat. After finishing the payment, they left the restaurant. Due to the battle of wills between the two, Yeoul felt mentally exhausted in the middle. So, barely saying goodbye to Jaehyeon, he left and got into the parked car.

Jaehyeon sighed as he watched the sedan drive away through the restaurant’s large glass window.
“That guy’s a real psycho.”
Jaehyeon recalled the moment he encountered the man who had been with Yeoul earlier.
