“…Um, Mr. Alexander.”
Yeon Yiseo called out to Alexander in a voice that was barely above a whisper.
“Could you… help me get to the bathroom?”
“Gladly.”
Alexander answered as if he had been expecting the request.
“No, um, just—just holding my hand is fine.”
He said it preemptively, afraid Alexander might just scoop him up. Alexander said nothing and simply held out his hand, but the deepening curve of his smile suggested he’d understood exactly what Yeon Yiseo had been worried about.
Just holding someone’s hand—yet it was completely different from how he’d nearly collapsed earlier. It was still a bit difficult to take each step, but not to the point of being unable to walk. That wasn’t the problem, though.
His pants felt… damp. At first, Yeon Yiseo thought it was just his imagination. But the squelching sensation with every step confirmed that they were, in fact, wet.
Why? As he pondered, the answer suddenly surfaced in his mind. It was his own arousal fluid. There was no other explanation he could think of. Still, what the hell had happened for it to get this bad?
Either way, what mattered now was getting to the bathroom as quickly as possible. Gritting his lips together, Yeon Yiseo kept moving.
“Thank you for helping me.”
“Think nothing of it.”
After offering his thanks at the bathroom door, he quickly slipped inside.
When he took off his underwear, strings of cloudy fluid stretched out—it was soaked in slick. The white cotton was drenched, with a thick circular stain that made him stare down at it in silent dismay.
He could handle semen. But this—this was still hard to accept. That stain felt like proof of just how much he’d wanted Alexander. It was humiliating.
His face felt hot. He checked the mirror above the sink and saw himself blushing bright red. Turning on the cold water, he splashed his face several times, finally cooling off a little.
Yeon Yiseo let out a deep sigh, hands wet and pressed to his face. He hadn’t known his body was this sensitive to pleasure.
It wasn’t like he’d done something wrong—there was no need for guilt.
He’d thought the sluggish feeling from climax would wash away in the shower, but it didn’t. Honestly, what he really wanted was to collapse into bed again. But he couldn’t let himself do that, so he lathered his body in soap while the sound of running water filled his ears. He sighed again.
Having sex and then taking a shower at the home of the CEO. It was surreal. No matter the circumstances, he couldn’t help but wonder—Is this really okay?
Ever since the Dymine product showcase, his life had been full of the unexpected. As unbelievable as it was, it was all happening to him.
If he didn’t stay sharp, he could easily get swept away.
With a clearer head, Yeon Yiseo stepped out of the bathroom. In the powder room, he found a fresh pair of underwear and clothes laid out.
The underwear, surprisingly, was exactly his size.
Why would Alexander have underwear in his size?
The answer came quickly: Probably left over from an ex. That made sense.
The clothes weren’t the same type he’d worn before either. They were simple sportswear, the kind you could find anywhere. He briefly wondered if this was another one of Alexander’s childhood outfits that had somehow gotten mixed in again.
And now he was changing clothes too.
Things were unfolding exactly the way Alexander had first suggested.
Letting out a small, incredulous laugh, Yeon Yiseo finished changing and stepped out.
Alexander was in the living room, dressed differently now—he must have showered first. Dark clothes suited him surprisingly well. When he saw Yeon Yiseo come out, he walked over quickly.
“Does the underwear fit okay?”
“Ah, yes.”
“I bought it thinking, maybe someday you’d end up spending the night. I’m glad it fits.”
Yeon Yiseo’s eyes widened.
“Me…?”
“Yes. You, Yeon Yiseo.”
“…I see.”
He nodded slowly, like he was digesting something strange.
Alexander tilted his head slightly.
“What did you think the underwear was for?”
“Oh—I assumed it was something you’d prepared for your past lovers. I guess I was making assumptions. I’m sorry.”
“So that’s what you thought.”
Alexander raised an eyebrow as he said it. He didn’t sound offended.
“For the record, the clothes are also brand-new.”
“Oh. …Right.”
“What did you think those were for?”
“I thought… maybe they were more clothes you used to wear as a kid. Like last time.”
As he spoke, Yeon Yiseo realized how little sense that made, and his voice trailed off.
Alexander’s gaze was heavy, making him self-conscious. He awkwardly rubbed his cheek and let out a sheepish laugh.
“Thank you. For the underwear and the clothes. I’m really imposing on you…”
…Huh?
He suddenly frowned in confusion.
Alexander had definitely taken a shower too, but Yeon Yiseo could still smell his own pheromones on the man.
That was… weird.
“You okay?”
“My pheromones are still on you.”
“Where exactly?”
Alexander asked it casually. Yeon Yiseo stepped closer and pointed near his neck.
“Around here. It’s pretty strong…”
He stopped mid-sentence. He saw the faint mischief in Alexander’s eyes.
Yeon Yiseo pulled his hand back and cleared his throat.
“So you knew.”
“Don’t be mad.”
“I’m not. I just… wondered if you noticed.”
“I did.”
Alexander admitted it without hesitation. That made it even more confusing. Normally, people didn’t just leave someone else’s pheromones on their body—unless they were lovers.
But he and Alexander weren’t like that.
And with Alexander being an extreme-dominant Alpha, it’d be easy for him to erase the scent of a recessive Omega like Yeon Yiseo.
“I’m not going out tomorrow anyway. And your pheromones weren’t unpleasant, so I left them. Was that… not okay?”
“It’s not that it wasn’t okay…”
Yeon Yiseo trailed off, realizing how strange it was to be commenting on something like that.
It was Alexander’s body. It was his choice.
“You rushed, huh? Your hair’s still damp.”
Alexander’s hand suddenly brushed the back of Yeon Yiseo’s neck. He flinched at the touch and tensed up.
Alexander looked surprised by the reaction. Which only made Yeon Yiseo feel guiltier.
“I’m sorry.”
“No, it’s my fault. I startled you.”
Yeon Yiseo touched the back of his head where Alexander had mentioned. It was still a little damp.
But it would probably dry on the way home, so he didn’t feel the need to dry it now.
“How’s your body feeling?”
“My body?”
He still felt a little sluggish. Heavy. But he couldn’t just linger here forever.
It would be better to pull himself together and head home. Otherwise, he might end up dozing off before he knew it.
“I’m fine.”
“Your pheromones feel a little unstable.”
But Alexander didn’t let it go.
Yeon Yiseo blinked, wondering if it was really that obvious.
“I’m okay. I’ll rest at home and feel better.”
“You might get worse later. Why don’t you stay the night?”
He’d already told Alexander he had plans tomorrow. Alexander had seemed to accept that earlier, but now he was insisting again.
Strangely persistent today.
CRACK.
A flash of lightning split the sky, followed by a deafening boom.
And then Yeon Yiseo saw it. Alexander’s eyelashes fluttering slightly.
…No way.
“That’s some serious thunder.”
“Yeah.”
Alexander’s voice sounded a bit stiffer than usual.
Yeon Yiseo looked at him closely.
Then Alexander said:
“What if I told you… I’m not good with this kind of weather? Would you stay?”
Yeon Yiseo’s eyes widened before quickly regaining composure.
What was Alexander feeling right now, to be saying this?
He couldn’t know for sure, but it wasn’t something he’d bring up lightly.
Especially not someone like Alexander—an extreme-dominant Alpha, a grown man, the CEO of Scott Industries.
There’s no way he’d confess something like a fear of thunder and lightning without hesitation.
He’d just shared a deeply personal secret.
And even if Yeon Yiseo’s stomach growled loudly right now, that wouldn’t be enough of a reason to leave someone who had just opened up like that.
Another flash of lightning lit up the sky, followed by thunder—softer this time.
Alexander’s lips twitched slightly.
Yeon Yiseo made up his mind.
“Now that I think about it, the rain’s really coming down. Would it be okay if I stayed the night?”
He raised his voice a little, as if changing the subject.
Framing it like a polite request, so Alexander wouldn’t feel embarrassed. And Alexander’s face immediately lit up.
