The act didn’t end until around midday.

Alexander’s earlier prediction that it would take nearly a full day turned out to be off—thanks to the sheer flood of pheromones he’d poured into the room. He hadn’t just overwhelmed Yeon Yiseo with scent; he’d also gone through so many condoms that Yiseo lost count. As a result, just a few hours later, Yiseo lay sprawled out like a well-fed cat, completely satisfied.

As soon as Alexander saw Yiseo in that state, he pulled out. Yiseo, half-passed out and unable to fight the exhaustion, cracked his heavy eyelids open at the sensation—only to see that Alexander’s cock was still hard, still flushed with rage.

Alexander had practically spent the entire time attending to him, like it was for his sake alone. Yiseo found himself wondering if he shouldn’t at least see it through to the end. As if sensing that gaze, Alexander’s expression softened, his eyes crinkling.

“It’s alright. I can take care of this myself. You should rest, Mr. Yeon.”

He really was a strange person. Always acting like he could read Yiseo’s mind. Realistically, it wasn’t anything psychic—just sharp observational skill and incredible judgment—but his intuition was so sharp, it was eerie.

Yiseo nodded in response, murmuring agreement, though the movement was so weak it barely looked like a nod. And just like that, he drifted off again.

When he opened his eyes, he wasn’t in Alexander’s bedroom where he’d originally fallen asleep. He was in another room entirely. At first, the unfamiliar surroundings startled him, but once he looked around, the memories came flooding back—where he was, what had happened. His entire body ached with residual soreness and fatigue, but oddly, a clean sense of relief outweighed it.

“…Ouch.”

Yiseo groaned softly as he tried to sit up. His muscles throbbed dully, but it wasn’t as bad as before. Still, the hole that had been repeatedly stretched for hours by Alexander’s massive cock hadn’t yet returned to normal—it still throbbed with an unmistakable foreign sensation.

He knew he needed to get out of bed, but hesitated. As he was still debating whether he could manage, a knock sounded at the door. Alexander stepped in.

“You’re awake. Perfect timing—I was wondering if you’d like something to eat.”

“…Ah, CEO.”

It seemed Alexander had come in to check whether he’d woken up. Likely not for the first time. Thankfully, this time, at least, he was fully dressed.

“Did you sleep well? The bed we used earlier was soaked, so I moved you somewhere more comfortable.”

“Ah… yes, I see.”

Yiseo bowed his head, recalling how he’d climaxed so many times—he hadn’t just soaked the bed once, but several times.

Alexander had even brought him water, worried he might be dehydrated. Even though it had all happened during a heat cycle, it was still mortifying. He couldn’t bring himself to look up. He was sure his face was beet red, without even needing to check the mirror.

“Your fingers… are they okay?”

“My fingers?”

“Yes. The ones I bit, um…”

It was only after he explained further that he realized—Alexander had been pretending not to understand on purpose.

“Ah, that cute little bite mark. Don’t worry about it.”

Alexander responded with a breezy smile, and Yiseo went silent. That was… not the answer he expected. It was embarrassing, no point denying it.

Alexander turned out to be more mischievous than the image Yiseo had of him. He wasn’t quite the genteel gentleman he’d initially thought. There was a hint of teasing in his nature—not playful, exactly, but definitely sly.

“Where are my clothes?”

He deliberately changed the subject, adopting a more businesslike tone. But as if to mock the attempt, his stomach growled loudly, ruining the effect. Yiseo squeezed his eyes shut.

It wasn’t just a little grumble—it was a full-on roar. Alexander definitely heard it. And as if the situation weren’t humiliating enough already, now this.

“I sent them out for laundry, but I think a meal should come first.”

“…You’re probably right.”

“Would you like to eat here, or at the dining table?”

“I’d prefer the table, if that’s alright.”

“Of course.”

Alexander naturally reached out a hand to help him up. It was a gesture meant to offer support, but Yiseo, believing he could manage on his own, politely declined and tried to stand up by himself.

That effort didn’t last long.

Thud. Yiseo’s determination might’ve been strong, but his thighs were weak. He couldn’t get any strength into them. So much for thinking he’d recovered.

He tried again to stand from the floor, but kept collapsing like a newborn fawn. Then, suddenly, he felt his body lifted off the ground.

“Ah…! Wait, CEO?!”

“I know you’re quite stubborn, Mr. Yeon, but sometimes it’s alright to accept a little help.”

Before he knew it, he was slung over Alexander’s shoulder. He was still a man—he wasn’t exactly light—but Alexander lifted him with such ease that Yiseo was stunned.

“I can walk. Just holding my hand would’ve been enough.”

“Is this position uncomfortable?”

Instead of responding, Alexander adjusted his hold, shifting Yiseo into a bridal carry. Their faces were now mere inches apart.

“If you’re uncomfortable, just say the word.”

Alexander smiled as he said it. Yiseo had tried to regain control of the situation, but it had completely backfired. He shut his mouth and gave a tiny shake of his head to signal that he was fine.

What he hadn’t considered was just how huge Alexander’s house was. Meaning, he wouldn’t be escaping this hold anytime soon. If he’d known that, he might’ve just taken the man’s hand when it was first offered.

Asking to be set down again could lead to an even weirder position—and frankly, he didn’t have the courage to find out. With a silent sigh, Yiseo simply prayed they’d reach the table quickly.

Alexander finally set him down in front of a dining chair, even pulling it out so he could sit comfortably. But something on the table immediately caught Yiseo’s eye.

“I asked someone what to prepare when someone’s low on energy, and they recommended samgyetang. It’s a Korean dish—have you had it before?”

Lately, Korean cuisine had become quite trendy, and samgyetang had been gaining popularity too. Yiseo turned his gaze from the table back to Alexander, then looked again at the plate.

It was samgyetang—chicken ginseng soup. A whole chicken, stuffed with glutinous rice, was placed in a deep bowl, accompanied by a large ginseng root. There was also a small plate of geotjeori—a type of fresh kimchi. Yiseo had never tasted it before, but he recognized it thanks to memories from his past life.

“I’ve only heard of samgyetang before… but it looks delicious. Thank you for the meal.”

He took a seat and picked up a spoon—not a Western-style one, but a traditional Korean stainless steel spoon. He brought a spoonful of the milky-white broth to his lips. The warm, mild flavor instantly comforted him.

“This is really good. You should have some too, CEO.”

“Then perhaps I’ll try a little.”

Alexander didn’t refuse. Yiseo picked off a piece of leg meat and ladled some broth into a small dish, offering it to him.

“In Korea, unlike in the States, the drumstick is considered the best part.”

“Is that so?”

Drawing from his past life’s memories, Yiseo explained. Alexander tasted the dish without hesitation.

“It’s tender and easy to eat.”

“Right?”

They chatted as they ate, and before they knew it, the bowl was empty. The warm meal left Yiseo feeling full and replenished.

He hesitated before trying the ginseng—it was thick, the width of two fingers. He knew it was an important part of samgyetang, but was still unsure. Sensing this, Alexander spoke.

“That ginseng’s supposed to be the key ingredient.”

“Yes… I was thinking of offering you some.”

“You should finish it, Mr. Yeon.”

Alexander smiled as he declined. In the end, Yiseo ate the whole thing himself. The bitter taste was unfamiliar and hard to get used to, but he managed to clean the bowl.

“Honestly, I expected you to leave at least half. With how thin you are, I’m amazed you could finish it all.”

Was that teasing? No. At first, he thought Alexander might be making fun of him, but looking at the man’s expression, he realized it was sincere. He was genuinely surprised at Yiseo’s appetite—and somehow, that made it feel stranger.

“I think that’s just… normal?”

“You eat like that, and yet you’re still so skinny? I think you should probably eat a little more.”

Yiseo didn’t usually eat this much, but he didn’t bother explaining. He just responded with a small smile.

As he looked down at his empty bowl, a question crossed his mind.

Where in America had Alexander managed to get this? Unlike Korea, ingredients for samgyetang were hard to find here—not to mention, not many people knew how to make it. And Alexander definitely wasn’t the type to make a casual request to just anyone.
