Stalkerizing – Chapter 132

[Party] Killer: It definitely looked cool when you put it together, right?

[Party] Killer: But when I put it on, it just doesn’t have the same vibe. ㅜ

Of course not. It was a different look.

Sa-yoon rubbed his temple again. So, Killer had seen the outfit he had put on Chasa and thought it looked cool, then tried to replicate it. The result, however, was a patchwork mess.

At least patchwork can be pretty. His problem wasn’t the idea—it was just that his sense of coordination didn’t quite match his enthusiasm. Now that Sa-yoon understood the whole situation, he let out a dry chuckle and gave Killer’s outfit a quick once-over.

“If you could only keep one piece—top, bottom, or coat—which would it be?”

[Party] Killer: The coat!

“Alright, we’ll keep the coat.”

[Party] Killer: But if you don’t like it, I’ll take it off.

“What do you mean, take it off? You’re the one wearing it. It should be what you like. Just wait a sec.”

With that, Sa-yoon added Killer’s equipped coat to Chasa’s outfit.

[Party] Killer: Hyung…

[Party] Killer: Are we seriously doing a couple look right now…?

“Quit talking nonsense and just stay still.”

[Party] Killer: Yes, sir.

He continued flipping through the tops. Number 1, number 2, number 3… but none of them felt quite right. Not just something that looked decent—he wanted a piece that fit so seamlessly with the rest of the outfit that it looked like part of a set. But there was always something just a little off.

Maybe it would be better to keep the top instead of the coat. If he couldn’t find anything even after going through all the options, he’d ask for input.

But then, something caught his eye. This top, paired with these pants… In his mind, the rest of the outfit clicked into place in an instant.

“Switch to top number 12. Pants, number 11. Then dye both the coat and top white. You have dye, right? Want me to give you some?”

[Party] Killer: No! I have some too!

“Alright, let’s start with pure white. Then add gold details. Leave the pants as they are.”

White and gold—an unbeatable combination. The chaotic mess of colors Killer had been wearing instantly unified into a cohesive look, with the top and coat blending together like they were made to be a set. Past him definitely knew what he was doing when he’d thrown this combination together before.

Next came the accessories. Naturally, there were a few minor disagreements, but just as humanity had always found solutions, Sa-yoon and Killer eventually settled on compromises. All the while, he continued making small adjustments to his own unfinished outfit.

[Would you like to dye ‘Dionysus’ Magic Staff’ with ‘Gold Dye’?]

He pressed ‘Yes,’ and the diamond-shaped gemstone embedded in the staff spun, radiating light. As the weapon turned golden in his grip, he glanced over at Killer, who had just finished applying the final touches to his details.

Even with separate choices for top, bottom, and coat, the completed, fully dyed outfit looked surprisingly solid. I just saved someone’s fashion sense. For real.

“Happy with it?”

[Party] Killer: Yep!

Killer spun around once on the spot before coming to stand beside Chasa. Sa-yoon rotated the camera, scrutinizing the appearance from all angles.

Front, back, side—nothing excessive. Details? Check. Colors? Check. The decorations were a bit much to match Killer’s taste, but compared to the days when he’d practically been a walking peacock with light bouncing off his chest, this was a massive improvement.

[Party] Killer: Hyung, we totally look like we’re in a couple outfit.

That wasn’t true. The only matching piece was the pants. At best, it was a coordinated look, not a full set. But seeing how excited Killer was, Sa-yoon figured there was no need to kill the mood, so he kept his mouth shut.

[General] Shokrates: Wow, even fashion disasters get saved by Chasa Magic.

[General] PurpleSteamedPotato: He pulls it off every time, huh?

[General] Swakkoong: A shame though, your old look would’ve pulled so much aggro. ㅜ

[General] GegulGegulFrog: Fun fact: Not a tank.

[General] Freedeal: Chasa, hurry up and start charging commission fees. Inseong’s loaded. LMAO.

The onlookers tossed in their comments as they admired the finished outfit. Suddenly, Killer switched to walking mode and strutted past them at a leisurely pace.

[General] Swakkoong: LMAO is this a full-on commander fashion show now?

[General] Freedeal: Look at him acting all confident just ’cause he changed his outfit.

[General] Killer: Obviously.

No matter how he looked at it, it really was a great outfit. Without holding back, Sa-yoon spammed screenshots. As he admired the results, a perfect location for their new look came to mind.

“Wanna go to Mesoren Hill with me?”

At level 30, Mesoren Hill was a hunting ground covered in lush green grass and dense clusters of white wildflowers—an ideal screenshot spot. It was also one of Sa-yoon’s go-to places for capturing white-themed outfits.

[Party] Killer: Sounds good!

The moment he finished speaking, Killer abandoned his fashion show and trotted after Chasa. Since Mesoren wasn’t a main hub, there was no teleport scroll for it—they had to use the Travel Priest to get there.

[General] Shokrates: Inseong’s running away. ㅜ

[General] GegulGegulFrog: We won’t let them escape~

[General] PurpleSteamedPotato: Ah, where are you two going?

[General] Chasa: Heading to Mesoren for some screenshots.

[General] Killer: -__-

[General] Killer: Don’t follow us.

Despite Killer’s words, the spectators still murmured excitedly as they trailed behind. No one even gave instructions, yet somehow, an orderly line had formed.

Mesoren was usually a quiet place, just a spot people passed through while leveling up.

The photoshoot went smoothly.

[Party] Killer: Hyung, doesn’t this kinda feel like a honeymoon trip?

“No. Not at all.”

[Party] Killer: ㅜ

Aside from Killer’s occasional nonsense, that is.

—That demon you summoned… It seems to possess quite the mysterious power.

—I told you not to concern yourself with it.

—Don’t you think we could join forces?

—Ridiculous.

As Sa-yoon switched tabs to check the screenshots, a synced interaction animation had already started playing. Lately, it felt like the dialogue had changed a little… Or was that just his imagination?

[Guild] Shokrates: LMAO, if Noize saw him in that outfit, he’d probably rage so hard he’d drop a Divine Judgment on the spot.

His curiosity was pushed aside as Shok’s message popped up.

[Guild] Swakkoong: Oh, wait.

[Guild] Swakkoong: Did I ever mention it?

[Guild] Furple: ??

[Guild] GegulGegulFrog: Nope ~_~

[Guild] Swakkoong: LOL, he just assumed you already knew.

[Guild] Swakkoong: Noize’s whole crew got permabanned.

[Guild] GegulGegulFrog: C’mon, who doesn’t know that?

Noize suddenly became the topic of conversation. Abusing game mechanics happened in every game at some point, but this case was an all-in-one disaster package.

It had spread internationally, and there were even petitions submitted to the National Assembly.

[Guild] Swakkoong: Nah nah, listen to this.

[Guild] Swakkoong: There’s talk that those abusers might get investigated for illegal gambling and match-fixing.

[Guild] Swakkoong: Apparently, if they push this legally, there’s actually something to charge them with. LOL.

[Guild] Freedeal: Wow.

[Guild] Swakkoong: The Noize crew is in deep shit too.

[Guild] GegulGegulFrog: Ah yeah, I saw some articles popping up. And there’s word that Sion might sue too.

[Guild] Freedeal: Why Sion?

[Guild] GegulGegulFrog: He was an official supporter, but his image got dragged through the mud. LOL.

[Guild] GegulGegulFrog: People started bombarding them with reports, asking if the Sion rankers were involved in match-fixing too.

[Guild] Furple: His subscriber count dropped by more than 20% already. LOL.

[Guild] Swakkoong: Bet you 5,000 gold that we’ll see a black screen with a “Sorry” message soon.

[Guild] Shokrates: Nah, if he posts something, even more people will unsub. He’s probably just gonna ghost.

[Guild] Swakkoong: For real, the commander pulled off something huge.

Sa-yoon had thought the permanent bans were the end of it, but the situation was snowballing into something even bigger. He didn’t feel the least bit sorry for them. Watching the chat scroll, he placed his hands on the keyboard.

[Guild] Chasa: They brought it on themselves.

[Guild] Freedeal: Justice prevails.

[Guild] Shokrates: Good triumphs over evil… A beautiful story.

[Guild] GegulGegulFrog: Damn, are you guys studying Chinese now or what?

[Guild] Shokrates: Those are just Korean idioms, dude. ㅜ

[Guild] GegulGegulFrog: But they use Chinese characters!

[Guild] Swakkoong: Your stupidity is contagious. Can you stand a little farther away?

[Guild] GegulGegulFrog: ㅜㅜ

By the time Sa-yoon had added a few hundred more screenshots to his folder, most of the spectators had trickled away, leaving only the guild members.

[Guild] Shokrates: Guess this is the level of drama it takes to become a legendary name in the game community.

[Guild] Freedeal: For real, this feels like watching a behind-the-scenes documentary of a photoshoot.

[General] Guild member ‘Oath’s Vow’ has logged in.

[Guild] Oath’s Vow: Hello.

[Guild] Chasa: Should we take a group photo?

[Guild] GegulGegulFrog: Yay! Sounds good!

[Guild] Killer: -__-

[Guild] Freedeal: I’ve been waiting for those words. ^^

[Guild] Oath’s Vow: Good.

[Guild] Shokrates: Oath’s timing is insane. Logs in and immediately gets a family portrait…

[Guild] Oath’s Vow: 🙂

[Whisper] Killer: Hyung ㅜㅜ

[Whisper] Killer: Can’t we just take one by ourselves?

[Whisper] Killer: I wanna take one with just the two of us.

[Whisper] Chasa: Nope.

[Whisper] Killer: ㅜㅜㅜㅜ
