How to Act in a Depraved Guideverse Novel 5-1

His cheeks flushed a rosy red, and his head lolled to the side now and then.

Everything around him blurred. Even the baguette right under his nose and the wine bottle nearby looked washed-out and hazy. Had his eyesight suddenly gone bad? Eun-jo rubbed his eyes furiously and reached for the wineglass.

“Hey, why are you running away?”

Just like Jung Tae-seok bolting to avoid being Guided, the wineglass backed away—once, then twice. Eun-jo waved at it again.

“Wha—? You’re my wineglass. What’s gotten into you?”

His hand swiped through the air like a cat stalking its prey. With a whimper, he groaned and then looked up at Jin Mu-seong like he expected him to fix everything.

“Is this your wineglass, Mr. Jin?”

“……”

“If it’s not, then… pfft. No reason for it to act like this.”

With a deep sigh, Eun-jo slumped. Jin Mu-seong’s lips twitched at the corners.

His lover had his odd little moments. Sometimes sharp as a blade, other times adorably unpredictable. Like a cat flashing its claws one second and flopping onto its back the next.

That’s exactly what I like about him.

He was unlike anyone Jin Mu-seong had ever met. At some point, he’d sat beside him and reached out his hand.

“Call me darling, and I’ll give it to you.”

Eun-jo leaned his cheek into that hand, eyes lifting to meet his. Then, with a gentle curve of his eyes, he purred,

“Daaaarling~?”

“……”

“You really thought I’d say that?”

With a playful roll, Eun-jo sprang to his feet.

“Whatever! I’ll just grab a wineglass that actually listens!”

Hahaha. Laughter burst out of him. Maybe he’d been more exhausted than he realized, but now his mood was sky-high. There were tons of wineglasses anyway! Just as he thought about the cupboard full of them and stepped forward—

His vision flipped. The ceiling spun to the floor, and the floor rose to the ceiling. Was that an earthquake? Before the thought could even settle, Eun-jo’s body floated off the ground.

Just before he could topple over the table, a pair of strong arms caught him in a firm embrace. Hehe. A giggle slipped out before he even realized it.

“Didn’t you say you never get drunk?”

With a sigh, the man set him upright again.

“Half a bottle was probably too much.”

Then he checked him over—head to toe—like he was worried he’d hurt himself. He hadn’t even bumped into anything, but Jin Mu-seong was being ridiculously thorough. Eun-jo’s gaze trailed down the man’s body.

That black apron was still snug around his waist, and thick, sculpted muscle peeked out from beneath the short sleeves of his T-shirt. Above that, the firm line of his jaw and those lips came into focus.

Without thinking, Eun-jo reached out and brushed his fingertips along the edge of Jin Mu-seong’s mouth.

“So handsome…”

“……”

“Do you know how good-looking you are?”

“So now I’m just you, not Mr. Jin Mu-seong?”

“Better than ajusshi.”

Jin Mu-seong’s face scrunched up like the idea had never even occurred to him. Eun-jo could feel his lips stiffen and let out a chuckle.

“You act like it’s no big deal, but there’s a bit of an age gap, y’know…”

He wasn’t sure exactly how old Jin Mu-seong was, but if he was around the same age as Park Se-yul, then there was definitely a decent gap.

“I bet you looked this old even in your twenties…”

“……”

“Am I wrong?”

Eun-jo mumbled as he rubbed Jin Mu-seong’s lower lip. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t picture the man with a youthful, baby face. He looked like someone who had always been composed and unshakeable, even from birth.

In his mind, rookie Esper Jin Mu-seong walked into the center with a blank expression, settled himself naturally in the back, and watched the others with cool detachment. He even imagined the guy’s hulking frame from back then, and the image made him laugh.

A gentle touch stroked his cheek, pulling him out of his thoughts. He blinked, and Jin Mu-seong’s face came back into sharp focus.

“Can I kiss you?”

The low voice drifted out.

“Since when have you ever asked?”

“You said it was one of the rules.”

With a smirk, he leaned in and pressed their lips together.

Their mouths met, and his tongue slipped inside—impatient, hungry. Eun-jo clung to him, melting into the kiss.

Jin Mu-seong’s back hit the wall. Unfazed, he grabbed Eun-jo’s thighs, squeezing tightly, and wrapped his legs around his own waist.

“Nngh… mm…”

Without breaking the kiss, he carried Eun-jo straight into the bedroom. The moment his back touched the mattress, Eun-jo opened his eyes.

Maybe it was the alcohol. Maybe it was the atmosphere. But the kiss wasn’t enough. He needed more—something deeper, darker, overwhelming. With a dazed but hungry look, Eun-jo reached out for him.

“Hurry…”

Jin Mu-seong lowered his body as instructed, only for Eun-jo to immediately grab him and start squirming, trying to flip their positions.

“You want me on the bottom?”

“Mm-hmm.”

Jin Mu-seong let out a short laugh, lay back on the bed, and pulled Eun-jo on top of him. Only then did Eun-jo’s lips curl in satisfaction.

“Just stay still… I’ll take it from here.”

He leaned over and pulled open the drawer beside the bed, waving a hand dismissively. What he pulled out wasn’t what one might expect—it was a collar.

“I know how to use this now…”

Back at the Center, the only thing he’d done night after night was wear this collar and get broken in like a dog. Now, in this familiar bed, with the drawer exactly where he remembered, his hands had reached for it out of instinct.

The moment Jin Mu-seong realized it was something Park Se-yul had left behind, his expression chilled. But Eun-jo, not noticing the shift, fumbled with the collar. His vision was still fuzzy, and the clasp wouldn’t go through properly.

“Why won’t this thing… work?”

“It’s fine.”

Letting out a sigh, Jin Mu-seong took the collar from his hands. In one swift motion, he unfastened it and slipped it around his own neck.

“Huh…? But that’s mine…”

Flustered, Eun-jo clambered over his chest.

“Why are you wearing it?”

“I’m not into collaring people. And besides—”

He tugged on the leash, pulling it out in one long draw. Then, grabbing Eun-jo’s hand, he laid the strap across his palm.

“I already know exactly who’s in charge here.”

Pressing Eun-jo’s hand down so he couldn’t let go of the leash, Jin Mu-seong sat up. His arms wrapped around him once again, and their lips met in another kiss.

“Mmph… mm…”

In the blink of an eye, Eun-jo’s world flipped. Suddenly, he was stripped bare, pinned beneath Jin Mu-seong’s weight.

Even in the dark, his body stood out—broad chest, hard abs, thick flanks that barely fit in an embrace. If he’d been an actor, his sheer size alone would’ve gotten in the way of casting.

And yet here he was, wearing a collar like that. There was something so obscenely erotic about it that Eun-jo’s breath caught.

I’m seriously losing it…

His teeth sank into his lower lip without him realizing it. Jin Mu-seong caught the look, let out a teasing grin, and pulled himself free.

As if it had been waiting for release, his cock sprang out from his underwear—massive, intimidating. Eun-jo swallowed hard, his throat bobbing involuntarily. And then that sweet, electric tension rolled through his entire body.
