Side Story 2 – Chapter 1
On a deep night with a full moon.
“Haa… Haa…”
The bedroom was filled with hot breaths, as if it had absorbed all the heat. Even the air was humid. The bed was shaking as if an earthquake had hit, and Idam and Taemin were tightly entangled. It felt like witnessing a feast of lust.

“Is there anything you want to eat?”
Idam was thinking of cooking the meal himself, just as Taemin had done.

Jimin was playing on the bed with a Rudolph doll as big as his own body. It was a cute baby Rudolph doll they had bought recently when they went to the department store with Taemin.
At that time, the moment Jimin saw the baby Rudolph, he couldn’t take his eyes off it as if struck by lightning. Even when shown other toys, he kept looking at Rudolph over and over. He seemed to have fallen in love with it. So Taemin gave Rudolph to Jimin as an early Christmas present. Since then, Jimin had become inseparable from Rudolph.
“Jimin, are you having fun?”

Jimin, who had been touching the doll with his tiny hands, smiled brightly.

Idam sat down next to Jimin with a gentle smile. Jimin then held out his head as if wanting to be touched. As if enchanted, Idam gently stroked Jimin’s hair. Now his hair had become more abundant than before, and his teeth were starting to come in. He had also started walking. As a result, he was making more of a mess than before. Fortunately, the babysitter was helping out.
As Jimin grew, Idam’s belly was also starting to show. Preparations for the second baby fairy to come out into the world were continuing day by day. The pheromone glands had also returned to normal, which was joyful, but Idam’s heart was heavy with the worry he had been carrying since the moment Jimin was born.
It was because of the omega aversion that had been passed down for generations in Taemin’s family. Since Taemin had shown symptoms of omega aversion at the age of seven, Idam was worried that Jimin might experience something similar around the same age. If Jimin turned out to be a beta or omega in the future, there would be no worries, but if he became an alpha, Idam didn’t know what to do.
However, he hadn’t expressed this anxiety to Taemin yet. It seemed premature to worry about a child who wasn’t even a year old, and he felt sorry to bring up Taemin’s circumstances openly. But now that they were expecting their second child, he couldn’t keep worrying alone like this. He planned to bring it up when the opportunity arose.
For now, since it was Taemin’s birthday, he decided to focus only on celebrating him.
Idam got up and moved to the kitchen. It was quiet as Lady An and the other employees had all gone home. He suddenly opened the lid of a pot on the gas range. Inside was seaweed soup that Idam had prepared for Taemin at dawn today. However, only Idam and Jimin had eaten this seaweed soup; the birthday boy, Taemin, hadn’t even tasted it yet as he had left for work at dawn.
These days, Taemin was living at the company as preparations for his newly started business became busier. It wasn’t that he was staying overnight though. He always came home and continued to have sex under the pretext of Idam’s prenatal care.
But he had never left at dawn like today, so it was disconcerting. Of course, Taemin had called during the day.
