I’m Not That Obsessive – Chapter 187

Chapter 13

“What was posted today?”

“A photo that looks like we’re kissing. They took it at an odd angle. Judging by our clothes, it was from two days ago when we went to that Korean restaurant.”

“Kissing. Do people believe that? They don’t, right?”

Geon-woo stopped the massage. He placed his hands on Mitchell’s stomach and raised his voice.

“Of course they don’t believe it. But looking at the first photo they posted, it really looks like we’re kissing. I even thought, ‘Did we kiss that day?’ Only after seeing the other photos did I realize it was an angle issue. I really don’t understand why that person goes to such lengths.”

“I know, right?”

Mitchell’s reaction was nonchalant compared to the excited Geon-woo.

Mitchell quietly observed Geon-woo’s face as he talked non-stop. Combining all the tones, expressions, and mannerisms, Mitchell judged that Geon-woo wasn’t really angry.

More precisely, it was bothersome but not disliked.

“Should I shut down that account?”

“…No, it’s not that serious. Oh, so you could do that? I thought you couldn’t, but you just weren’t doing it. Right?”

“Yeah. If it bothers you that much…”

“No, just leave it. If they ever post a weird photo of me, then I’ll seriously consider it.”

Hearing Geon-woo’s answer, Mitchell was certain his guess was correct. Geon-woo didn’t dislike it.

“But Mitchell, you don’t know who that person is either, right?”

“I don’t. Why? Do you have any guesses?”

“No, I don’t. Just wondering if we could deduce anything from the initials they use on the photos.”

Mitchell shook his head.

“It seems like it could be a hint.”

“You think so?”

“W, A, L, K.”

“…”

“Walker, or Walk? It’s probably not a name. Ah, I don’t know. I’ll stop thinking about it.”

“Right. Good thinking.”

Mitchell quietly laughed while stroking Geon-woo’s thighs.

“It’s nothing.”

Breaking News

I never thought I’d care so much about the 6th anniversary vacation trip. I didn’t think we had that many people in the agency, but when we all gathered, there were over 70 people. Of course, most of them were people I had never met before. It was quite interesting to see fellow celebrities from the same agency.

While ‘Cwroth’ was an agency that made enormous profits with Mitchell alone, recently they had been discovering new talents and making their name even more known. There were several rookies whose faces I vaguely recognized. Among them, Gerard and Wizen, both former models, stood out the most, not just because of their outstanding looks, but because of their behavior.

‘There they go again. They’re going to Mitchell again!’

Gerard and Wizen moved like a team, circling around Mitchell. They acted like Mitchell’s shadow.

Even though the original shadow was right beside him.

I couldn’t stay with Mitchell all the time either, so I mingled with other people too.

The resort in Guam, which was rented out entirely in a grand gesture, was too large to enjoy in just one day, and there were many programs available for various experiences like yacht tours and snorkeling.

Whenever I left Mitchell for a while and came back, Gerard and Wizen were always by his side. Mitchell didn’t leave the resort as he came to enjoy relaxation, not sightseeing. He just lay on the sun bed for tanning, rested in his room, or occasionally used the resort pool. There were quite a few people who enjoyed a peaceful morning at the resort with Mitchell.

So while I, who was visiting Guam for the first time, was running around outside, Gerard and Wizen had taken Mitchell.

On the second day, I was slightly suspicious, on the third day I was certain, and on the fourth day I was furious. In the end, I canceled my plans to tour the city and stayed at the resort.

I went to Mitchell, who was talking on the phone at an outdoor table. Inevitably, Gerard and Wizen were sitting next to him.

“Hello.”

“Hello.”

“Yes, hello.”

After a brief exchange of greetings, the three of us didn’t say a word. We just waited for Mitchell to finish his call.

The two of them must surely know about my friendship with Mitchell. For some reason, their gaze felt piercing.

If I had a gay radar, I could have known whether they saw Mitchell as the agency president or in a sexual way.

It was frustrating that I couldn’t gauge their sexual preferences. If they were just sucking up to the president to look good, I could forgive them, but if not, if not…!

“Alright, please wrap it up well. Yes. Good work.”

Finally, Mitchell’s call ended. Mitchell looked at Gerard and Wizen sitting on either side of him, then turned his gaze to me sitting across from him.

“What’s up? You’ve been going out to play every day, but not today?”

I had been quite enthusiastic about sightseeing. I wanted to go around with Mitchell, but it didn’t seem to suit his taste, so I enjoyed it alone. Since we came all this way, I had to make the most of it.

“I’m taking a break today. I’m a bit tired from moving around too much.”

As I answered with a smile towards Mitchell, Gerard suddenly interrupted.

“If you’re tired, why don’t you go to your room and take a nap?”

Why is this cheeky rookie telling me what to do?

“I’m not tired enough to sleep.”

The natural smile directed at Mitchell quickly faded. I unknowingly raised the corners of my mouth, but a messy smile like torn paper came out.

Mitchell quietly laughed as he looked at me.

“I enjoyed your recent movie. You’re good at comic acting too, aren’t you? It was really light. Congratulations on the success.”

This time it’s Wizen.

It was a mix of a bit of praise and some vaguely unpleasant comments. Of course, to my ears, it transformed into “Your butt is quite light, isn’t it?” I thought as I pleased, not knowing Wizen’s intended meaning. I already disliked him anyway.

“If you work hard too, Wizen, you’ll find good projects.”

After retorting roughly, I looked at Mitchell.

“Mitchell, want to go swimming together?”

“I thought you were tired?”

“I can still play with you.”

“Okay.”

As soon as Mitchell answered, Gerard and Wizen jumped in.

“Mitchell, can I join too?”

“Me too!”

They rushed in like ducklings following their mother duck. I wished he wouldn’t allow it, but Mitchell’s decision was different.

“Sure.”

Mitchell casually answered and stood up, and the two followed suit. I too joined the group of ducklings, not wanting to lose Mitchell. And so, three humans followed Mitchell around.

By the way, the swimming pool?

We ended up doing something that wasn’t in the plan.

Although there are pools all over the resort, the one Mitchell chose was the mini pool attached to his room.

It’s called mini because it’s smaller than the regular pools, but it was perfect for four adult men to play in.

We even had a water polo game with teams, but because Mitchell and I ended up on different teams, it wasn’t fun at all. Every time Gerard, who was on Mitchell’s team, scored a point, he hugged Mitchell, which only made my head hot. Just seeing Mitchell in a swimsuit from the front wasn’t enough consolation.

Even after the game ended, Mitchell spent time surrounded by Gerard and Wizen. They even pushed the only two sun beds together and lay down, the three of them.

I know we need to rest after intense exercise, but do they need to be that close?

Feeling inexplicably frustrated, I didn’t get out of the water. I rested my arms on the pool wall and watched the three of them.

It made me reconsider whether my past decision was wrong. I mean, keeping my relationship with Mitchell a secret.

If I had done as Mitchell wanted, these guys wouldn’t have had other thoughts about Mitchell, and they would have naturally given us time alone.

I wanted to just blurt out, “Mitchell and I are in love,” even now.

If not just Gerard and Wizen, but more people covet Mitchell in the future, I might burn up with jealousy, body and soul.

Ah, Mitchell, so this is how you felt.

“What are you doing here?”

Mitchell got up from the sun bed and approached me. He jumped down carefully to avoid splashing water and stood next to me, resting his chin on his hand as he looked at me. Gerard and Wizen, who had also gotten up, were watching us. They wouldn’t leave Mitchell alone for a moment.

Were those two really after Mitchell?

…How dare they?

“Is something wrong? You look deep in thought?”

Mitchell asked, pressing his body close to mine. We’re in the water, and from where those two are, they can’t see below my waist. They wouldn’t be able to see even if Mitchell’s hand touched my butt.

But still, touching my butt here, what is he trying to… No.

Do it more, Mitchell. Show those guys that you’re mine.

As jealousy exploded, I did something I would never do normally. I slightly pushed my butt back and looked at Mitchell. I watched his reaction, noticing his twitching eyebrows.
