# Chapter 18
In the blink of an eye, Jeongyun arrived at the terrorist attack site. The aftermath of spatial teleportation caused nausea, but he barely held back the queasiness and surveyed his surroundings.
The road was a complete disaster. Broken pavement, wrecked cars scattered everywhere, and people lying collapsed and bleeding.
‘This is too serious.’
Jeongyun, not belonging to any team, had never been called to a scene before. The sight he had only seen in photos or videos and the smell of blood that touched his nose made his barely suppressed nausea rise.
“Guide Yeo Jeongyun, come this way.”
With his hand covering his nose and mouth, Jeongyun followed the Esper who had brought him here toward where the field dispatch team was. Perhaps due to anxiety, his steps grew faster.
“Choi Domin!”
He looked for Domin among the Espers waiting in line for the few Guides, but couldn’t see him.
Just as he was about to take out his pager, someone gently wrapped an arm around his waist.
“You’re late.”
Startled by the heavy weight pressing on his shoulder, Jeongyun was about to push the person away when he realized it was Domin and relaxed.
“Choi Domin?”
Domin, his hair covered in dust and dirt, leaned against Jeongyun and tightened his arm around his waist. The pain that had been tormenting him began to slowly decrease with even this much contact. Of course, this alone was far from enough.
“Choi Domin.”
“Why do you keep calling me?”
Feeling his already sensitive nerves becoming more on edge with the repeated calls, Domin almost told Jeongyun to shut up. The most he could filter it down to was asking why he kept calling him.
“There are too many people here. Moving somewhere else would—”
This place was filled not only with government teams but also civilians. It was natural that attention would be drawn to Domin, who stood out even when standing still, suddenly embracing some man.
“Please let go of me first.”
Domin sighed deeply and released his arms from Jeongyun’s waist. Jeongyun quickly created distance, his face bright red with embarrassment. And he kept glancing furtively everywhere except at Domin.
‘So he’s conscious of the stares.’
Swallowing his sneer, Domin thought of a place away from people’s eyes, as Jeongyun wanted. Since Guiding efficiency changed based on the Guide’s emotions, he had to accommodate him even if it was annoying. These people were really troublesome.
“Kim Junyoung.”
Turning around, Domin immediately looked for Junyoung. Not far away, Junyoung, who was talking with other Espers from the same team, heard Domin’s call and ran over.
“Give me the car keys.”
Junyoung handed the car keys to Domin without understanding why. Domin took them without a word of thanks and turned away.
As Junyoung was about to pout at the rude back view, Domin suddenly turned around and said:
“Don’t come until I contact you.”
“Huh? What does that—”
Before Junyoung could finish, Domin turned around, grabbed Jeongyun’s arm, and headed toward the car. Though it had become a mess during the chaos, the doors were still intact, which was enough to block outside views.
Domin unlocked the car and as soon as he opened the door, pushed Jeongyun inside. Domin quickly moved closer to Jeongyun, who was sprawled on the long seat, and closed the wide-open door with telekinesis.
“Is this enough privacy?”
Only then did Jeongyun understand why Domin had brought him here. As soon as he realized the situation, his heart started pounding. You’re not supposed to put emotion into Guiding, but with Domin, that wasn’t possible.
“Open your mouth, Mr. Yeo Jeongyun.”
Domin took off his shirt, tossed it aside, and immediately pressed his lips against Jeongyun’s. With his eyes tightly closed, Jeongyun reminded himself again and again that this was just Guiding.
‘Ah, I should have reported the start of Guiding.’
The established procedure had already gone awry. He could have pushed Domin away even now, but the increasingly deep kiss made his head fuzzy and erased any such thoughts.
Jeongyun raised his trembling hand and gently placed it on Domin’s chest. Domin’s skin, freed from the cumbersome cloth, was extremely soft and hot as if feverish.
“Aren’t you going to report the Guiding?”
Domin asked, briefly separating their lips. Opening his tightly closed eyes, Jeongyun looked at Domin’s smiling face and stammered out the Guiding initiation report.
“Ye-Yeo Jeongyun Guide, starting Guiding for Esper Choi Domin… ah!”
Before he could finish the report, Domin’s hands invaded under his clothes and began touching sensitive areas. Jeongyun looked down and saw Domin’s hand moving inside the protruding fabric.
From the kiss to the current contact, he as the Guide hadn’t given permission for any of it. But Domin was freely touching Jeongyun’s body regardless of Guide protection laws.
‘I should tell him to stop.’
Reason told him to say the proper answer, but all that escaped from between his lips was heated breath.
Meanwhile, Domin moved closer and pressed their lips together again. His tongue slipped through the slightly opened gap and tickled the sensitive palate. Jeongyun blinked slowly and stretched out his limp arms to embrace Domin’s neck.
“Ha, I feel alive.”
Indeed, it was completely different from just holding hands. Regardless of grade differences or match rates, the more intense the skinship, the higher the Guiding efficiency.
And the closer an Esper was to their Guide, the more their reason would naturally blur. That’s just how their bodies were designed.
“Damn…”
Domin cursed softly and tore off Jeongyun’s shirt that was annoyingly covering his skin. The buttons that scattered in all directions quickly disappeared somewhere.
The van provided by the government for appearances’ sake was wider inside than normal cars. Although it wasn’t as spacious as a hotel, it was sufficient for an urgent tumble.
After all, didn’t they have their first Guiding in a cramped Guiding room, though he couldn’t remember it? The bed there that was full with just one person lying down was similar to this environment.
“W-wait, Choi Domin.”
Jeongyun, finally coming to his senses, barely managed to stop Domin’s hands that were trying to remove his pants. Domin frowned his straight eyebrows, pushed Jeongyun’s hands away, and completely pulled off his pants.
Grabbing the struggling white legs and placing them on his shoulders brought them even closer below. As he rubbed his undisguised desire against him, Jeongyun’s face turned deathly pale.
“What’s wrong? This isn’t our first time.”
At Domin’s words, Jeongyun’s face flushed bright red as if it would burst. There was no need to ask what memory had come to his mind.
For Yeo Jeongyun, was this Guiding or sex? Domin could be certain it was the latter.
“I-I don’t think we need to proceed with Guiding this far…”
Jeongyun said, barely suppressing his racing emotions. Domin’s condition, which had looked slightly unstable, had improved long ago. If that was the case, there was no need to proceed with Guiding to this extent, but Domin showed no intention of stopping.
Being in contact with Domin definitely felt good, but Guiding was supposed to be conducted entirely at the Guide’s discretion. And in Jeongyun’s judgment, sufficient Guiding had already been provided to Domin.
“Why is that for you to decide, Mr. Yeo Jeongyun?”
The irritated voice cut off Jeongyun’s words. Domin flicked his finger against Jeongyun’s forehead, which was full of questions, reminding him of the fact he had forgotten.
“Did you forget our contract?”
“…Ah.”
Only then did he remember the secret contract they had signed along with the dedicated partner contract.
One of the clauses stated, “‘Party B’ cannot limit the level of Guiding.” In other words, despite being the Guide, Jeongyun had no authority to limit the level.
“I don’t know how you determined Guiding is sufficient, but I still need more.”
The more his body connected with Jeongyun’s, the more the small pains that had been bothering him disappeared completely. It was different from when he had pathetically crawled on the floor begging for Guiding.
“Slow-ly, ah!”
Domin didn’t care whether Jeongyun was in pain or not. After all, this wasn’t sex, an act of exchanging emotions, but merely Guiding to eliminate the side effects of his ability.
“Haa…”
Domin, who had paused briefly to catch his breath, observed Jeongyun, who at some point had started to shake weakly without resistance. He had thought something was strange when the pleas to go slowly had decreased, but it seemed Jeongyun had fainted.
‘His stamina is terrible.’
Domin poked Jeongyun’s pale cheek with his fingertip, then picked up the shirt he had thrown on the floor. He wanted to continue, but he didn’t have a hobby of holding onto someone who had fainted. Besides, the Guiding was already sufficient.
As he lightly ruffled his sweat-soaked hair and was about to go outside, he saw a shadow wandering around. When he flung the door open, Junyoung, startled, looked at Domin with wide eyes.
“I-I thought it might be over by now…”
Junyoung stammered out an excuse after reading Domin’s thoughts. He had told him not to come near until he contacted, but Junyoung hadn’t listened at all.
Normally, curses would have come out first, but Domin was uncharacteristically quiet. After fully exiting the car, Domin threw the keys to Junyoung and said:
“Clean up after him and come in.”
Junyoung barely caught the car keys and belatedly discovered Jeongyun sprawled inside. If he had ended up like that from dealing with Domin, he deserved to be covered with something, but Domin had no such consideration.
‘Well, what can I expect from Choi Domin?’
Junyoung shook his head lightly, took off the jacket he was wearing, and covered the unconscious Jeongyun’s body.
Domin, who had been silently watching, let out a snicker.
“How considerate.”
