Gentle Giant Chapter 71
Dain gently placed his forearm in front of Juho’s mouth. Even though he had said that, it was possible because he had faith that Juho wouldn’t actually bite hard enough to hurt.
“Are, are you really okay with me biting?”
“Huh? Th-that’s not what you wanted when you said that? Ah! I must have misunderstood the joke!”
Dain jumped in surprise and pulled his arm back.
Juho looked at the arm that had disappeared from before his eyes with regretful eyes, then grabbed Dain’s arm and pulled it back toward his mouth. Anyway, since he had told him to try biting, he should at least attempt it.
“No, I wasn’t joking. I was just asking to be sure. Hyung, give me your arm.”
Juho stared at the pulsing blood vessels in the forearm before his eyes. Blue veins stretched along the straight forearm like pathways. He wanted to bite those pretty blue veins hard enough to leave his teeth marks all over them, and he also wanted to lick every corner without missing a spot.
Juho, who had been wavering while looking at the forearm thrust toward him, first tried licking Dain’s arm. It was sweet. It wasn’t like honey had been applied to his body, so why was it so incredibly sweet? Juho’s head tilted in puzzlement.
He moistened his lips with the tongue that had licked the skin several times. Dain’s sweetness had transferred to his own lips too. His expression naturally became languid.
“Mmm.”
Dain let out a moan. Watching someone lick his arm while he was completely conscious was truly lewd.
On top of that, the only sound echoing in the quiet house was his own groaning. Dain covered his mouth with his free hand.
Rather than doing this, he wished Juho would just hurry up and bite…!
“Ah! Juho! Th-that’s weird!”
“…?”
“Why, why are you doing that.”
At Dain’s words, which sounded muffled as he covered his mouth with his hand, Juho only raised his eyes to look at Dain. It was as if asking what was weird.
Dain wanted to grab Juho’s head, which was stuck like an octopus sucker, continuously sucking on his flesh, and pull it away.
However, Juho didn’t yield to Dain’s question and continued sucking on Dain’s forearm with slurping sounds until he was satisfied.
Now the only sound echoing in the house was the sound of Juho sucking on Dain.
Dain, who had been flustered at first, relaxed all the tension that had been built up throughout his body after a few minutes passed. Since Juho wasn’t biting his forearm painfully as he had worried, but was just sucking on it, it didn’t hurt either.
Dain gently stroked Juho’s bright hair. This made it feel exactly like petting a puppy sitting on his lap.
Dain, who had forgotten that he had given one forearm to Juho, was grinning while absorbed in his silky hair.
With a popping sound, Juho’s mouth finally separated from his forearm.
“Are you done?”
“For now. Hyung tastes good.”
“Wh-what! How can you say a person tastes good.”
“But you really did taste good…”
Juho said while smacking his lips. Dain let out a laugh of disbelief at that cheeky expression and looked down at his forearm that Juho had covered in saliva.
“Huh…?”
And he discovered something strange.
Where Juho had put his mouth, there was a quite large bright red mark that looked like it would bruise soon.
Wh-what is this? Does sucking alone cause bruises like this? Dain’s head tilted left and right.
Even when he held his forearm up to the fluorescent light, even when he gently rubbed that spot with his finger, the mark remained the same.
Juho was just quietly laughing while watching Dain’s restless movements from the side.
After observing his forearm for a long time, Dain turned his head toward Juho. As soon as Dain turned his head, Juho, who had instantly changed to a peaceful expression, met eyes with Dain.
“Juho, look at this. It turned red here!”
“Huh?”
“Did this happen because you sucked on it, Juho? Does it normally become like this?”
“Ah.”
Dain, with an expression half curious and half worried, showed his forearm to Juho.
“Ah, that. It’ll disappear after a few days.”
“Gasp, it lasts for days??”
“Yes. Don’t you like it?”
“Huh?”
“What I left behind will be on hyung’s body for several days.”
At Juho’s suggestive words, Dain squirmed and his face turned red.
Even though Juho is younger than me, he’s really good at saying things that only adults would say. Dain gaped while looking at Juho, who was spouting lines that seemed like they’d come from a romance movie.
Juho looked proudly at the mark he had left behind. Although he had ruined the mood, he decided to find meaning in the fact that Dain hadn’t rejected it first. If he kept doing this, wouldn’t Dain naturally accept it later too?
A brief silence flowed between the two people who each had different thoughts, and that silence ended with Juho’s question.
“Hyung, looking at this exam schedule here.”
“Huh? Mm-hmm.”
“I see that the week after is the festival?”
Juho’s finger pointed to the calendar where the exam schedule was written.
Dain nodded his head. He had debated whether to include the festival schedule or not, but he thought that if he wrote down the festival, it might provide motivation while looking forward to it, so he ended up including it.
He had never gone to see a festival before, but Juho might like festivals.
“Yeah. Our school’s festival is pretty famous, so lots of people come and everything. It’ll probably be fun.”
“Really?”
“Yeah, do you like festivals, Juho?”
“Me? You know I don’t like crowded places. I’ve never been to something like a festival.”
“Ah, I see!”
“What about you, hyung? Have you been going to school festivals regularly?”
Juho asked while stroking Dain’s hair.
Dain slowly blinked his eyes while completely entrusting his hair to Juho’s gentle touch. It was a signal that his body was gradually becoming languid.
“N-no, I haven’t been. I’ve never been even once.”
“Really?”
“Yeah, I don’t have friends to go with either, and I’m also scared of crowded places.”
Not that he dislikes crowded places, but that he’s scared of them.
The moment Juho heard Dain’s words, strength entered his hands. He immediately relaxed his grip in case he hurt Dain, but his upset feelings remained the same. Why has only such a kind and gentle Jung Dain had to live getting hurt?
Tsk, Juho clicked his tongue inwardly and raised his voice so Dain wouldn’t feel depressed.
“Hyung, then do you want to go to the festival this time?”
“Huh?”
“This time you can go with me to the festival. How about it? Should we go to the festival together after the exams?”
“Mm, mm. I’m not sure.”
Dain looked up at Juho with a troubled face.
It seemed like it would be fun to go with Juho, but honestly, he didn’t really feel like going that much. When the exams are over, his body will be tired and he’d just want to rest.
Juho’s eyes widened as if surprised again at Dain’s answer, which seemed like it would immediately be positive.
“You’re not sure?”
“Yeah, when the exams are over, I think my body will be too tired first. I tend to pull all-nighters throughout the exam period. Even before, when exams ended, I just rested at home during festival time.”
“Hyung, isn’t staying up all night to study too much of a strain? Do you do that every exam period?”
“Mm-hmm. But I can’t sleep and… Ah, anyway, what about you, Juho? How do you feel? Aren’t you curious about the festival?”
“Honestly, I’m just so-so about it too.”
At Juho’s answer, a sorry expression appeared on Dain’s face.
“Are, are you saying that because I said I won’t go to the festival? If you said you’d go, Juho, I would naturally go with you…”
“No. I’m really not that interested. Even when I was in America, I didn’t go to festivals.”
“Really?”
“Yes, really. Rather than having fun at places like that, I preferred just staying home alone.”
This was true. No matter how much people around him tried to persuade him, Lee Juho had never attended such places even once.
Mingling with other people itself felt filthy to him. Whether they were beast-men or humans, the mere act of them looking at him was irritating.
If there was one unique exception in the world for someone like him, it was Jung Dain. Rather, he would get angry if Dain’s eyes weren’t directed toward him…
Juho was very satisfied with the current moment when Dain’s eyes were looking only at his face. So he spoke while making the pretty smile that Dain liked.
“Hyung, then should we go on a trip during festival time after our midterms?”
“A trip??!”
“Yes, since you said your body would be tired, hyung, let’s not go too far but go somewhere nearby and rest peacefully for a few days. We don’t have to do anything.”
Dain’s languidly relaxed eyes began to sparkle. His body, which had been leaning against Juho, had somehow separated and straightened up.
“A tr-trip…! Can we go on a trip?”
“Of course.”
“Th-then what about work?”
“Ah, work.”
Juho fell into thought for a moment. Work wasn’t something he needed to worry about at all, but if he said too casually that he could skip it, Dain would probably turn on his nagging switch. He should pretend to worry to some extent before reaching a conclusion for Dain to accept.
Dain stared intently at Juho’s face so as not to miss any change in his expression.
Is it difficult to skip work after all…? He’s an intern, and he only goes twice a week at that. It would be awkward to ask to skip even one day…
Dain’s expression gradually darkened. He wanted to go on a trip, but he couldn’t pressure Juho to skip work.
“Ah, come to think of it, I think I heard that it’s okay to be absent about once during the early intern period.”
“Really? It’s okay about once?”
“Of course. Hyung, you know I have a good memory, right? I definitely heard that.”
“Hehe, that’s a relief.”
“Did you want to go on a trip, hyung?”
“Yeah! I like trips! And also, we’ve never been on a trip together before.”
Dain laughed while his ears turned red.
To think that he could go on a trip with Juho when exams are over. This was incomparably greater motivation than the festival.
Juho also smiled while fiddling with Dain’s warm ears.
“That’s right. Hyung, you know there are still many things we haven’t done together, not just trips?”
